Thank you so much for your interest in booking an appointment with us. Please take the time to review all of our policies and requirements before booking an appointment.
We are a corrective skin care clinic in Pearland, TX that specializes in acne and anti-aging.
BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
In order to book your appointment we do require a deposit. This deposit will total 50% of the price for the treatment that is being booked and is non-refundable.
CONFIRMATION POLICY
Appointments must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If no confirmation is received the appointment will get canceled.
CANCELATION POLICY
Any changes to the appointment must be done 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Failing to do so will result in a loss of deposit if applicable or a 100% charge or the service price.
If rescheduling the appointment, a new deposit will be required.
LATE ARRIVAL & NO SHOW POLICY
When running late one must notify Kalon Skin Studio immediately. If you are over 10 mins late for a 30 min appointment or over 15 mins late to a 60 min appointment we will no longer be able to complete your appointment. It will get canceled and a new deposit will be required to schedule another appointment. Otherwise you will get the time remaining from your appointment and get charged full price for the service you scheduled.
